This model not only facilitates professional growth, but also meets the needs of those experienced teachers who seek for progress and improvement and believe that they should keep up with the latest changes in the world. Yes. All participants willing to participate in TTC Essential course at Iran-Australia are required to attend an interview.

The TTC Essential has been designed based on TESOL. All the participant will get familiar with more than 70% of the TESOL curriculum.

All the participants will be evaluated after finishing the course and those who are qualified will have the chance to teach at Iran-Australia. Note that all the participants who succeed in being hired at Iran-Australia will get a translatable certificate verified by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

With a deep understanding of the needs of supervisors, teachers and TEFL students Iran-Australia's teacher training department sets up different workshops with different purposes. These workshops will pave the way for participants to learn more about the latest advancements in teaching world and therefore help them increase their teaching skills.
